Coding and supporting Inventory Express was, and continues to be, a one-man operation. I am happy to provide assistance, advice and support, but can only do so via eMail.
While I will do my best to respond to support urgent requests within 24 hours, this is not always possible. Be assured, I will respond, and will do so as quickly as reasonably possible.
Bug reports: If you encounter any bugs with Inventory Express, or any functions that don't appear to be working properly, please feel free to let me know. When reporting a bug, please include the following information:
- Your computer make and model (i.e. Dell Expiron)
- The operating system you're using (i.e. Windows 8, Windows 10, etc.)
- The nature of the error or bug
- What series of actions make you encounter the bug? (It's hard to fix a problem unless I can replicate it.)
- Screen shots of exactly what happens when the problem occurs
- Screen shot or text of any error messages.
