Inventory Express (and my other Windows programs) are always maximized -- I can't re-size the window:

Check that Windows isn't in "Tablet Mode."  To do so, click the notification icon in the lower right-hand corner of the screen. If the Tablet Mode button (Top left button) is bright green, click it once to turn off Tablet Mode.
