Inventory Express uses the Train Collectors Association Grading Standards, a way to clearly record the condition of the item in your inventory.


There are two TCA Grading Dropdowns: 

  • "Grade" includes all the original standards for the item's condition: There are separate standards for items in original condition and restored items.  Checking the "Restored" checkbox switches between the two.  There are also separate standards for "Paper," which will be available when "Paper" is selected in the "Category" dropdown.
  • "Op. Grade" offers the new TCA Operational Standards.  This dropdown is available for "Category" types other than paper.
